Successor is the name for the programme to transform the way we deliver high quality children and adult social care services. It is the biggest change to Dudley children’s social care in a decade.
We are replacing our work systems, training our staff and also looking to significantly improve our processes and practices, which is why it is crucial that everyone plays their part in understanding what successor is about, what needs to be carried out to achieve our goals and why they matter.
CCM/Swift and the Early Help system are being replaced with Early Help Module / LiquidLogic Children’s System (EHM/LCS) and ContrOCC.
The go-live date for children’s new EHM/LCS and ContrOCC systems is 16th November 2020.
Please watch the video below for more information:
The countdown has begun! Our LCS / EHM and ContrOCC systems are nearly ready, so now is the time for us all to learn how to use them.
Generic e-learning is for all users of LCS / EHM, depending on your job role you will also have to complete tailored e-learning and attend training in a virtual classroom.
For ContrOCC users, training will be delivered via virtual classroom.
See an outline of the training stages below:
It's critical that you complete your mandatory training pathway as without completion you will not be able to access the system.
