On World Social Work Day we have taken the opportunity to ask our Children's Services social workers to tell us how they have made a difference to children's lives, why they chose social work as a career and what it's like working in Dudley.
Many thanks to those staff who have taken part.
We also are now publishing the full list of nominees and winners of our recent celebrating practice awards.
We cannot underestimate the amazing jobs our social care professionals do on a daily basis and the positive differences they make to children and young people's lives.
