Culturally Sensitive Social Work Assessments and Intervention Training

The West Midlands Social Work Teaching Partnership are delivering training in relation to Culturally Sensitive Social Work Assessments and Intervention.


This is one day training which will focus upon social work assessments, and encouraging practitioners to use new and contemporary frameworks in their assessments and interventions with service users and their families. It is aimed at enhancing understanding of cultural competence, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive practice, using the MANDELA Model (a relationship building tool which supports anti-racist practice in Social Worker) and the 4D2P Framework.


The session takes place on THURSDAY 11th MARCH 2021.
