Do you know a young person who could be a cooking facilitator?

Dudley Office of Public Health and the Dudley Young Health Champions Project are offering 6 young people the opportunity to become cooking facilitators.
Please could you share this amongst your networks and your friends or young people you work with.....
Are you aged between 16 and 25?
Would you like to:
learn how to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks?
understand how to make heathy food choices?
know how to shop on a limited budget?
meet new people and socialise?
help other young people to make healthy food choices and share what you have learnt with them?
have the opportunity to gain a food hygiene certificate
The venue for this six week course is SWITCH in central Dudley and dates are:
15th March, 11am – 1pm
22nd March, 11am – 1pm
29th March ,11am – 1pm
Easter Break
19th April, 11am – 1pm
26th April, 11am – 1pm
3rd May, 11am – 1pm
Please complete the attached ‘Yes I would like to get involved!’ form and return to me by
Thursday 8th MARCH and then places will be confirmed the following day.
If you have not yet already signed up you will receive a free hoody when you do and access to an ongoing programme of training including E-Safety, Mental Health Awareness and Drugs/Alcohol.
