Arts & Physical Activities Survey 2023

We want to make sure that the art and sport / physical activities offer to Dudley’s looked after young people by Dudley Virtual School is the best that it can be.

This survey is for young people aged 11- 17 who are in the care of Dudley MBC. Your answers are confidential – we will remove the part with your name before recording your answers.

All completed surveys returned by 31st January 2023 will be entered into a draw to win a £20 Amazon voucher. We have 5 to give away! 😊
